List View Trigger

"List View" is an optional Trigger which activates a Data Policy when records are retrieved for viewing in a list.

Considerations

• A Data Policy that has a List View trigger is not activated by a Report. It is only activated by a List View
• The Change Record Owner action is not available when "List View" is the triggering action
